Through the contact form we collect your name, email, company (optional) and the message you send us. We use this data exclusively to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a commercial proposal. We do not use your data to send unsolicited advertising.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

4. Recipients

The form is processed through Formspree, Inc. (USA), which acts as data processor and participates in international data transfer frameworks compliant with the GDPR. We do not share your data with other third parties unless legally required.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, for the applicable legal periods.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing tocontacto@solutialabs.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
